“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any person or entity using our services.
“Services” refers to wedding photography, videography, and related services provided by Wedding Dairy.
“Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule before the event.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the deposit and a signed agreement.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the event may incur additional charges.
If Wedding Dairy cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule based on mutual agreement.
4. Photography & Videography Rights
Wedding Dairy retains the copyright to all photographs and videos.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use.
Wedding Dairy reserves the right to use images/videos for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
5. Liability & Indemnification
While we strive for the best results, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, lighting conditions).
In case of equipment failure or data loss, our liability is limited to a refund not exceeding the amount paid.
The Client is responsible for securing necessary permissions for venue access, photography, and videography.
6. Delivery of Photographs & Videos
Edited photographs and videos will be delivered within [X] weeks after the wedding.
The final product will be provided in digital format, and additional charges may apply for physical copies or expedited delivery.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure the cooperation of guests and event coordinators for smooth execution.
Any special requests must be communicated in advance.
8. Force Majeure
Wedding Dairy shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Applicable Location].
10. Modifications to Terms
