Refund & Return Policy

At Wedding Diary Bangladesh, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. This policy outlines our terms regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.

1. Payment Terms
  • Booking Amount: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid upon receiving the soft copies (any version of soft copies).
2. Refund Policy
  • The booking amount is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason.
  • Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our rescheduling policy offers flexibility:

  • First Reschedule: Free of charge. You can reschedule your event once within the next two years from the original date.
  • Subsequent Reschedules: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total package price will be charged for each additional date change.
  • All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • You may also transfer the booking amount to a new event for your friends or family within the next two years.
4. Reservation Terms
  • A signed contract and reservation fee (50% of the total amount) are required to secure the specified coverage.
  • Upon signing the contract (for office bookings) or agreeing to the terms & conditions (for online bookings), Wedding Diary Bangladesh will reserve the agreed time and date.
  • The 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable, even if the event date is changed or canceled due to any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Acts of God (natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances)
    • Fire, strikes, or extreme weather conditions
    • Any personal reasons from the client’s side
5. Additional Terms
  • This policy is designed to balance flexibility for our clients while ensuring that we can manage scheduling and preparation costs effectively.
  • By booking with Wedding Diary Bangladesh, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
