At Wedding Dairy, we strive to provide high-quality wedding photography and videography services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund and return policy below.
1. Booking Deposits & Refunds
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
The deposit covers administrative costs and potential loss of business due to scheduling.
If the event is canceled by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the wedding date: Partial refund may be issued, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date: No refund will be provided.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we may offer to reschedule based on availability.
If Wedding Dairy cancels due to an emergency or unavoidable situation, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients can request to reschedule the event at least 30 days before the original date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
4. Product Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography and videography services, all sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for digital or printed products once delivered.
If there is a technical issue or defect in the final product, clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving the content.
We will review the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a corrected version at no additional cost.
5. Delivery & Satisfaction Guarantee
Final photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
If the client is dissatisfied with the final product, we offer one round of reasonable edits (within the agreed scope of work).
Additional edits beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
6. Force Majeure
Wedding Dairy shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
