RESERVATION: A signed contract and reservation fee are required to secure the specified coverage. Upon signing (for office bookings) or agreeing to the terms & conditions (for online bookings), Wedding Diary Bangladesh will reserve the agreed time and date. The 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable, even if the event date is changed or canceled for any reason, including acts of God, fire, strike, or extreme weather. The deposit must be paid at the time of contract signing. The remaining balance is due upon receiving the soft copies.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:You can reschedule your event to a date within the next two years. Alternatively, you can transfer the booking amount to an event for your friends or family.First Reschedule: Rescheduling your event date is free of charge for the first instance.

Subsequent Reschedules: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total amount will apply for any further changes.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION: The parties agree to a pre-event consultation 2-3 weeks before the event to finalize shooting times, locations, and a written request list. The bride and/or groom must set aside at least one 30 minutes before the ceremony for essential photographs. If late arrival shortens this time, the photographer is not liable for missed shots.

CO-OPERATION: Clients must cooperate for the best results. Assigning an “event guide” to help identify key individuals is recommended. The photographer is not liable for missed shots if no guide is provided or if individuals fail to cooperate.

SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The photography schedule is designed to ensure a smooth experience. Punctuality and cooperation are essential, and shooting will begin at the agreed time.

HOUSE RULES: Photography may be restricted by venue policies. The client is responsible for negotiating any changes, and Wedding Diary is not liable for limitations imposed by the venue.

COPYRIGHTS:

Until full payment is made, all photographs remain the property of Wedding Diary Bangladesh and cannot be reproduced without written permission. Upon final payment, the client receives limited copyright ownership for personal use, including sharing with friends and family. Written permission and compensation are required for any commercial use.

EXHIBITION:

Wedding Diary may request to use specific images in the future. The client grants permission for selected images to be displayed for portfolio use, competitions, and promotional purposes, with no claims to any profits.

MODEL RELEASE:

The client grants Wedding Diary the unrestricted right to use and publish their photographs for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose in any medium, with the right to edit or alter them. The client releases Wedding Diary from all related claims.

ADVERTISEMENT PERMISSION:

Wedding Diary reserves the right to use images for social media, print ads, online marketing, and other promotional materials.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

If the photographer is unable to cover the event due to illness or injury, Wedding Diary will attempt to provide a replacement. If none is available, liability is limited to a full refund. Wedding Diary takes great care in handling images, but in case of loss, theft, or damage, liability is limited to a refund of all payments or a prorated amount for partial loss. The photographer is not responsible for unflattering images due to makeup, attire malfunctions, or other unavoidable conditions.

SONG SELECTION FOR CINEMATOGRAPHY:

Clients who wish to select their own songs must upload the song links to our designated software. If no selection is made, a formal email is required to confirm that Wedding Diary will choose the songs. Once selected, the songs cannot be changed.

DELIVERY:

Photo Delivery:

Edited soft copies of photos will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the event through our online gallery. The gallery will be accessible free of charge for 30 days, and clients must download all photos before the expiration date. An extension can be purchased as an add-on. The remaining balance must be paid upon receiving the gallery link.

Video Delivery:

The final video will be delivered within 8-12 weeks after the event. Delays in submitting the preferred music may result in a delay in video delivery.

File Retention & Complaints:

All files will be permanently deleted from our servers 14 days after delivery. Clients must report any complaints or request edits within 7 days of receiving the files.

Therefore, in order to safeguard our mutual interests, we respectfully request that you finish the entire procedure within the specified time frame.
