How do I install a Mobile Gallery App?
Installing the Mobile Gallery App allows the client to easily access the app on their phone or tablet. The instructions below outline how your clients can install their Mobile Gallery App on iOS and Android Devices.
iOS Devices
- Click on the Install App button in the email or open the link shared with you on your mobile device.
- Tap the Share icon
and click the “Add to Home Screen” icon 
to add it to your mobile device’s Home Screen.
Tip: If you don’t see the “Add to Home Screen” option, you might be viewing the installation page in an unsupported browser. Copy the link and open the installation page directly on the Safari browser app on your device. For further troubleshooting, please see here
Android Devices
- Click on the Install App button in the email or open the link shared with you on your mobile device.
- Tap the menu icon in the top right
and select “Install App” to add it to your mobile device’s Home Screen.
Tip: If you don’t see the “Install App” option, you might be viewing the installation page in an unsupported browser. Copy the link and open the installation page on the Chrome browser on your device. For further troubleshooting, please see here
On select Android devices, the app may be saved in your App Drawer, from which a shortcut can be created on your Home Screen.
